Quality Policy

SHF Communication Technologies AG executive board has released the following quality policy:

  • The demands of our customers shall be fulfilled by identifying and applying cost effective solutions with short implementation schedules using technology innovations in an efficient way.
  • As consultants of our customers we are independent and unbiased in order to remain a professional and reputable partner in future.
  • A high product quality at the leading edge of technology is one base for our competitive advantage in target markets and international business.
  • Middle and long term business development shall be better than average in the market and shall extend our international business.
  • Identified non-conformances are tracked down and root causes are corrected to avoid re-occurrences in the future.
  • The generation and maintenance of confidence and acceptance by our business partners and employees is the target of our efforts.

The quality manual describes the quality principles, the organization, relations and responsibilities at SHF Communication Technologies AG.

The quality manual is administrated within the SHF-Wiki. Detailed regulations such as work instructions are part of the quality management system as well. They are centrally administrated within the SHF-Wiki using the category Quality or within the division using forms.

The regulations defined in the QM-system for all quality relevant organizational, technical and economic areas guarantee the product quality. These regulations are binding for all employees. The requirements and recommendations of the DIN ISO 9001:2008 are the base for our QM-system.

The executive board commits itself and all SHF managers at every time and place within the organization to act in compliance to the herein defined quality policy.

We expect from our managers

  • to measure the quality of the objective and personal teamwork by employee attitude surveys and assessment of supervisors,
  • to carry out appraisal interviews to judge on achievements, identify areas of improvement and jointly resolve weaknesses,
  • to inform the employees in their area of responsibility about business decisions and actively involve them in the current developments and
  • to identify opportunities for the employees.

We expect from our employees to have

  • a high professional qualification and a high distinctive capability to motivate themselves,
  • a high sensibility for the customer requirements and expectations, which results in a personal identification with the customer targets,
  • a distinct willingness to learn and improve as well as the capability to prioritize the success of a project against faculty and personal safety thinking and
  • willingness to engage themselves in cross functional team work and projects.

This quality policy determines all activities and processes within the SHF Communication Technologies AG. Customer satisfaction and satisfaction of our motivated and trained personnel are of special interest. To that effect a climate of mutual support is established.
