SHF 651A Limiting Amplifier

The SHF 651 A limiting amplifier is ideally suited as buffer amplifier to clean-up and reshape signals to perfect binary waveforms with an eye amplitude of 650 mV. The clipping behavior of this amplifier also renders the SHF 651 A to an over voltage protection for the successive module.
