SHF BT65 RF bias tee

SHF microwave components consist of a range of broadband devices suitable for microwave circuits up to 110 GHz. Our bias tees have a special airline construction which allows resonance free transmission with a low group delay variation across the bandwidth.A complete description of our range of microwave components, including potential applications for devices such as the diplexer and DC feeder can be found in the Passive Components Overview.

RF Bias Tee
2.9 mm, 1.85 mm and 1 mm RF bias tees for up to 110 GHz with low loss and extremely low group delay ripple. High current and high voltage versions available.

RF DC Block
2.9 mm, 1.85 mm and 1 mm coaxial RF DC blocks for up to 110 GHz. SHF's broadband DC block offers a low group delay ripple and low insertion loss.

RF Power Divider
Broadband power divider to split a signal into two equal parts, or to combine two signals.

RF DC Feeder
A DC feeder is essentially a broadband bias tee without the capacitor. The slightly lower insertion loss makes this an attractive alternative to a wideband bias tee in some applications.

RF Diplexer
Diplexer with a bandwidth of 45 GHz, which can be used to combine or separate a high frequency and a low frequency signal into or from a single line.

RF Bias Load
A bias load is essentially a 50 Ohm DC return which allows to apply a voltage to the RF line at the same time.

RF DC Return
50 Ohm broadband DC return for up to 65 GHz.
