SHF 810 40 Gbps modulator driver

SHF's amplifiers offer superb performance and are capable of broadband operation up to over 60 GHz. They are suitable for 10 Gbps (OC-192), 40 Gbps (OC-768) and 100 Gigabit Ethernet applications, being ideal for use as LiNbO3 or electro-absorption modulator driver as well as for general use in high frequency and microwave test equipment. The low group delay variation and smooth roll-off characteristics guarantee high-quality output signals.

Our wideband amplifiers are easy to use, with just a single power supply required for operation - no need for bias tees to bias the inputs and outputs!

 

10 Gbps RF Amplifier
RF broadband amplifier for 10 Gbps/OC-192 applications. Modulator driver for ASK operation (1xVpi, NRZ) or PSK operation (2xVpi, DPSK, DQPSK, duobinary and BPSK).

20 Gbps RF Amplifier
RF broadband amplifier (modulator driver) for 20 Gbps NRZ, 40 Gbps DQPSK and 100 Gigabit Ethernet DP-DQPSK applications.

40 Gbps RF Amplifier
RF broadband amplifier for 40 Gbps/OC-768 applications. Can be used as modulator driver or preamplifier.

Ultra Fast RF Amplifier
For applications with extremely high bandwidth requirements. These amplifiers allow amplification of 80 Gbps or even 100 Gbps serial data streams.

Ultra Linear RF Amplifier
Ultra linear amplifiers specifically optimised for 20 to 32 GBaud multi-level or analog signals.

RF Power Amplifier for Clock Signals
Power amplifier with high gain, high output powera and more than 40 GHz of bandwidth. Can be used to boost clock signals in OC-768/40 Gbit/s transmission systems.
