Broadband Bias Tee
SHF offers a range of RF bias tees with excellent specifications and performance. Based on a new air line construction (patent pending), all our broadband bias tees have resonance-free transmission over the whole specified operating frequency range. In addition to the low pass-band loss, the bias tees have an extremely low group delay ripple.
Type | Bandwidth | tr/tf | Signal attenuation | Remarks | Datasheet |
SHF BT45 (2.92 mm) | 20 kHz - 45 GHz | <6 ps | 1 dB | 16 V, 0.4 A
SHF BT65 (1.85 mm) | 50 kHz - 65 GHz | <5 ps | 1 dB | 16 V, 0.4 A
SHF BT110 (1.00 mm) | 50 kHz - 110 GHz |
| <1.5 dB | 10 V, 0.4 A |
For the SHF BT45, high voltage bias tee and high current bias tee versions are available, as well as a high power bias tee version. However, this has a small impact on the low cut-off frequency, as shown in the table below. A 100 V high voltage option is also available for the SHF BT65 (with fL = 40 MHz).
