Optical Transmitters

Our optical transmitters allow the generation of optical signals of up to 100 Gbps. In addition to the well-known ASK format (also known as OOK), we also produce instruments for the generation of DPSK, DQPSK and duobinary signals. Further information is available in the optic overview brochure

Optical Receivers

A range of optical receiver plug-in modules is available to enable electrical BER measurements of ASK and DPSK optical data streams. The DPSK receivers are also well suited for the separate analysis of the I and the Q channel of an DQPSK modulated signal.  Our clock recovery solutions are completing the measurement capabilities for optical transmission system research.
