20 Gbps RF Broadband Amplifier (40G DQPSK, 100G DP-DQPSK)

These RF broadband amplifiers are used for a variety of applications for 10 Gbps/OC-192 and 20 Gbps NRZ, 40 Gbps DQPSK (2 x 20 Gbps) as well as 100 Gigabit Ethernet DP-DQPSK (4 x 25 Gbps). We offer modulator drivers capable of driving Electroabsorption modulators as well as LiNbO3 Mach-Zehnder modulators under ASK operation (1xVpi, NRZ) or PSK operation (2x Vpi, duobinary, BPSK, DPSK and DQPSK). Further potential areas of application are RF fiber links, pulse carvers, clock amplifiers and other applications where the capabilities of our ultra broadband amplifiers are mandatory.
