80 Gbps RF Broadband Amplifier (100 Gigabit Ethernet)
The new RF broadband amplifier with extended bandwidth exhibits virtually constant small signal gain of 21 dB up to 60 GHz and delivers up to 4Vpp at its output. Together with the 100 Gbps multiplexer SHF 408, it is an ideal signal source for high speed modulator development and research for 100 Gigabit Ethernet.
