Ultra Fast RF Broadband Amplifier (> 55 GHz of Bandwidth)
Targeting applications with extremely high bandwidth requirements SHF offers ultra fast amplifiers with a virtually constant small signal gain of more than 55 GHz. This amplifier series allows the amplification of 80 Gbps or even 100 Gbps serial data streams.
